awesome!! ah, cowbells. we heard cowbells during IM...it made us feel like we were being cheered on, when animals were really just browsing in the grass. i still can't believe you guys *live* there. lucky little lambs!

One of the normal rides I take from my house goes up and over the Pfannenstiel ridge -- the IM painted course markings are all through there. It reminded me of your Ironman experience. At the bottom of the big winding downhill on the IM bike ride, in Kusnacht on the lake, is where we live.
