Interval Training Suggestions?

Im looking for a new running interval workout -- anyone have any suggestions?  I try to include one running interval workout each week.  I've also found intervals on the bike and kayak to be fun and useful, but I'm specifically interested in an interval program for running.

I've found intervals to be a great addition to my routine, since it works the anaerobic side (and usually I'm a long-slow-distance kind of guy).  Also, as I don't enjoy the whole weight-room/gym scene, intervals develop strength too.

Finally, I'll part with a photo of Team #41 (Team Aggro Cragg from Texas) at the Untamed New England last month.  They're starting the trek/swim in the early hours of the morning on Aziscohos Lake; it's a long way from interval training!
