When Jason isn't racing on the Untamed Adventure team from Virginia (who just finished winning the 18-hour Back Bay Blitz a few weeks ago -- and stay tuned for more about that success in the coming weeks), he's been leading the work on our new podcast on adventure racing. Fasten your seat belts, as we have our first show posted; we've created a page to catalog each episode over at our Adventure Racing Podcast page.
This first show is an interview with NYARA's team captain, Rodney Villella, and covers his team's success at Untamed New England and how they earned their place at the AR World Championships this November.

I love the above photo. It shows the NYARA team on the final trek in New England this past July, and you can almost smell them through your computer screen! Everything is dirty and there is that subtle AR glow you only get when combining fatigue with a triumphant accomplishment. I should also point out that Amy, their super-tough she-racer, is leading them -- the longer the race, the more the tough ladies seem to take over!
