This is the third edition of the Desert Winds 24 Hour Plus! 

The Desert Winds - wild vistas, challenging navigation, remote locations, and the challenges of untamed adventure in the Mojave Desert.

The teams competing this year are strong. We are very excited to see them compete on this race course.

Our team, Team KLM (Kayak Lake Mead) will be racing unofficially - father and son, Robert and Druce.  

Notes: Teams will get their maps and course books at CP Zero. TS checkpoints are "Trek & Swim, Leg 1". BIKE checkpoints are Leg 2. Trek checkpoints are Leg 3. OPT checkpoints are on Optional Loops 1 - 4.
