After an award winning debut edition in 2008, the Untamed New England Adventure Race
joined with premiere races from around the planet in the Adventure Racing World Series (AR World Series).
The Untamed New England Adventure Race returned in July 2009, this time
as the only North American race in the prestigious global Series. Podium finishers at
Untamed New England battled for over $12,000 in prizes and qualified for the World
Championship race being held in Portugal in December 2009.
Plans for the 2010 races are well underway, and the dates we've targeted are Aug 25-29, 2010.
The Untamed New England Adventure Race is 3 days of adventure racing in America's great
Northeast region! Teams of 2, 3, and 4 will bike, run, paddle, climb, rappel, and orienteer through
a demanding course.
