The GoLite Lite-Speed Pack is hands down a great piece of gear that our team is using for the
Patagonia Expedition Adventure Race. I have trained with it several times over the past few
months in preparation for the race. I have packed it heavy, packed it light, ridden miles and
miles on my bike with it on my back, and of course trekked with it over different types of terrain.
I really do not have one negative thing to say about it. It holds an unbelievable amount of
gear and remains comfortable the entire time. I can actually drop my sleeping bag right into
the bottom of the bag and still have room for everything else!
Some of the other nifty features include a hook for the hydration bladder so the
bladder does not sag down into the pack, a built in whistle,
breathable pockets on the waistband for gels, bars, etc., two other larger pockets on the outside,
a great set of webbing for lashing gear and shoes to the outside,
and a storage pocket on the very back for a helmet or whatever else you see fit.

There is also a zippered pocket on the top of the bag for items also.
The race in Patagonia is obviously going to be very demanding, and I 100% believe that we have
the right pack for the job.
Oh yeah, it is water resistant too and has really durable zippers, which
will be essential since it rains a lot down there.
Check out the GoLite website for more information
on this pack!
